Soothelip is an anti viral cold sore cream which if applied early (at the tingling phase) can stop the cold sore appearing. If you already have the cold sore applying Soothelip can speed up the healing process and shorten the duration of the pain by a number of days.
Soothelip cream comes in a 2g tube which is enough for 3 to 4 cold sore attacks. Containing the active ingredient aciclovir (5%) it reduces the viral infection to help speed up the healing process.

How do I use Soothelip?
- Wash your hands prior to and after using the Soothelip cold sore cream to reduce the risk of making it worse or giving the infection to someone else.
- Apply the cream over the whole of the affected area.
- Apply Soothelip to the affected area 5 times a day.
- Continue to apply for 5 days. If your cold sore has not healed after this time, you can continue the treatment for up to a further 5 days.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
